If you’re not completely satisfied with your new One Planet purchase, it doesn’t fit or you have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to exchange it for a full refund or an alternative product.

Simply send the goods, along with your original receipt and a completed returns form, back to us within 14 days of purchase. Please note: returned product must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging with all tags still intact.

We will cover the cost of sending out replacement items, but not the postage for returning goods to the One Planet factory. We are not responsible for items missing in transit. When returning your goods, we suggest using a mail service that allows tracking.

All returns to One Planet should be accompanied with the returns form supplied with the goods. Please contact us if you need another copy.

Cancellations: if you place an online order and change your mind, please call the sales team as soon as possible. We will help to cancel your order and refund payment.

Damaged goods or incorrect order: if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact the One Planet sales team via email or phone: 03 9311 5244 (Australia).
