If you’re not completely satisfied with your new One Planet purchase, it doesn’t fit or you have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to exchange it for a full refund or an alternative product.

There are two options for returning One Planet products to us for warranty assessment or return. Both require your item to be immaculately clean and dry: soiled goods are nasty to our staff and our machines.

  • Return the item in person. Just call the team and drop around to the factory with your product and the returns form.
  • Send your product and a completed copy of the returns form to the factory for assessment. Our team of gear heads will determine the best course of action and get in touch by phone or email.

Simply send the goods, along with your original receipt and a completed returns form, back to us within 14 days of purchase. Please note: the returned product must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging with all tags still intact.

We will cover the cost of sending out replacement items, but not the postage for returning goods to the One Planet factory. We are not responsible for items missing in transit. When returning your goods, we suggest using a mail service that allows insurance/tracking.

Please allow ample time for the team to assess, repair and return your product.

If you are interested in repairing another manufacturer’s products or customising our gear, call us and we will direct you to our custom work partner.

Cancellations: if you place an online order and change your mind, please call the sales team as soon as possible. We will help to cancel your order and refund payment.
