What services do we offer?

We offer our professional services on all ONE PLANET® equipment including tents and shelters, sleeping bags, rainwear and apparel. We don’t service other brands or make custom gear or modifications.

We can help with minor repairs like patches, new buckles or components, replacing worn elastics and fixing poles. Major repairs include replacing sections/panels, fixing zips, and attaching new harnesses. We also offer professional washing and laundering, and recoating of DWR. How to make a return?

Complete our returns form, then send your gear directly to our Melbourne factory. You can also drop gear off at our Melbourne store: 377 Little Bourke St, Melbourne, 3000.

We care about the health and safety of our employees and the longevity of our machinery, so please ensure your gear is clean and dry before sending it in.  A cleaning and disinfection charge may apply for soiled equipment.

Quotations

All assessments are made in person in our factory, and we cannot quote for repairs before receiving the goods. If, following our assessment, you don’t wish to proceed with the recommended repairs, we will happily return your gear. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee or return your gear without servicing it.

What’s the turn-around time?

Once your gear arrives, we will book it in, then assess the best course of action. This takes a couple of days. At this stage we will get in touch to discuss cost and arrange payment. Once approved and paid, repairs and servicing take approximately 10-15 working days before being returned by post.

Please ensure you will not need your gear while it is in for repairs, or arrange to borrow equipment for any pressing journeys.

How do I pay?

Once a quote has been accepted, we will invoice you for prepayment.
