There is much discussion in backpacking circles at present regarding lightweight packs.

At One Planet we have been investigating this area of pack design and understand the importance of weight, or lack of it, in our packs.

We believe many of the imported super light packs are not designed for the rigors of the Australian bush. Our light weight WBA and Shadow have been designed with a mix of light and mid weight fabrics. The WBA uses a 220gsm canvas reinforced with 500D nylon on the base and lower sides. This clean pack offers the benefits of weather resistant canvas with the Exact Fit harness. Weighs 2.0kg (Med)

The Shadow pack uses a mix of 420, 500 and 1000 Denier nylon. Combined with the Mini Plus harness this pack only weighs 1.5kg (Med)
