All One Planet down sleeping bags (except the Booster Bag series) use sewn off box wall baffles made from Baffletex. Baffletex is an air permeable one-way stretch knit fabric that serves a number of purposes. This lightweight mesh fabric is extremely strong.

The one-way stretch allows fill material to loft to its full potential, without leaving gaps. The stretch in the knit also prevents damage to the sleeping bag from baffle blow out, by acting as a shock absorber within the bag.

The texture of the mesh 'grabs' the fill material and minimises shifting.
