It is a good idea to hop into a sleeping bag before you buy, shoulder width and sleeping positions can impact on the selection of a suitable size. As a guide, One Planet sleeping bag sizes will fit the following:

• Women's size up to 171cm tall
• Regular size up to 187cm tall
• Large size up to 195cm tall

Length is measured from the toe to the chin. See diagram (below). The actual length of the Backpacker series (which don't have a 3D foot) from zip to chin is 195 cm. Specifications listed are based on pre-production samples. Specifications may vary slightly during production. Weights are averages and do not include stuff sacs.
