One Planet Polar gear has been developed as a joint venture between One Planet and the Australian and New Zealand governments' Antarctic organisations to ensure it suits the exact requirements of their scientific research programs.

The sleeping bag expansion insert is a handy way of minimising the gear pool. Some polar customers buy only regular sleeping bags and use an expansion insert to give extra space (width) for the larger expeditioners.

The expansion gusset is filled with the appropriate amount and quality of down to match the main bag in warmth and features. (Only available in one colour.)
