Most of the One Planet Travel and Adventure packs have detachable daypacks allowing for greater freedom when travelling. The daypacks are attached to the main body of the pack using large YKK for added security.

One Planet uses 180 degree zip, in the shape of an inverted U to secure daypacks to the main pack body.

The daypacks expand to their stated capacity only when they are removed from the main pack. Naturally, when the day pack is fully loaded it will not zip back onto the main pack, however, there are attachment buckles on the day pack which allows it to be attached to the front of the main harness as shown. When fitted in this position, the height of the daypack may be adjusted for comfort and ease of access. Ask your One Planet dealer to demonstrate this unique feature at the time of purchase.
