All One Planet products have a ‘no time limit’ warranty against defects in workmanship. We use the highest quality materials available to us at the time of manufacture and are confident our products will exceed your expectations. However, it would be remiss not to mention a couple of points. All materials are in a state of decomposition from the day they are made, the speed of which is outside our control. The environment in which a fabric is used, stored and how it is cared for will affect the workable life of both the fabric and the product. For example a polyurethane-coated synthetic fabric exposed to sunlight, humidity, sunscreen, insect repellent and harsh detergents will have a shorter life than one that is not. In general, our lightweight products are also not as durable as their heavier counterparts. If your product fails due to wear and tear, accident or negligence, we will happily repair it for a reasonable cost.
