Often your pack won't be stuffed full. To keep the load stable, compression straps have been added to all One Planet packs. One Planet compression straps are hot cut to the appropriate entry angle, they are bar tacked and triple stitched for incredible strength.

Compression straps can also be used to attach things to the outside of your pack. For example, use the bottom straps to attach a mat or tent. You can also use the bottom compression straps to keep the load high and close to your back when the pack is only partially filled.
