A bar tack is a special stitch done on a special machine. Why? For strength. Our bar tacks consist of 42 or 28 individual stitches, depending on the application.
Bar tacks are used to reinforce our packs in key areas. In fact, the Exact Fit harness uses roughly 50 bar tacks. |
