One Planet shoulder straps are constructed using a complex process of pre-stretched lamination of multiple foams and contact fabrics. This composite sandwich is anatomically shaped and finished with wrinkle-free edges.

An emergency whistle is integrated into the buckle on all sternum straps. Use it for attracting attention in the bush, or deterring unwanted attention in the city.

One Planet's hip belt and lumbar pad system is constructed from a composite of High Density closed cell foam (for even load distribution) and cushioned by contoured open cell foam and reinforced with High Density Polyethylene. This is covered by a hard wearing, breathable, contact fabric that produces a wrinkle-free surface.

Our frames are made from custom channelled high strength aluminium.

Each batch is tested for stiffness and every individual frame is shaped by hand to ensure it meets our exacting standards.

All frames are finished with high quality non-crack end caps to protect the surrounding fabric.
